This was a conversion of an existing 4 story warehouse into a 6 story condominium complex consisting of 21 units with 1 or 2 bedrooms, 21 garage parking and one commercial space. In order to accomplish this project it was necessary to add 2 more stories on the existing 4 story building and build a new 3 story building in the back of the lot and connect it with the existing building. Adding the 2 stories was a very complex job and involved a lot of structural calculations and reinforcements of the existing structure.

The units feature concrete ceilings, exposed brick and duct work huge windows and most of the units have 2 balconies.
