This project consists of a total remodeling of an existing 3 bedrooms , 2 bath ranch. The property is siting on a 2.3 acres heavily wooded lot and a total gut rehab was necessary. Among other things new electric, plumbing and HVAC system was installed. New hardwood floors, marble tiles, steam unit in the shower stall, new kitchen cabinets and kitchen appliances, granite countertops.
