This project is a condo conversion of an existing 4 story warehouse into 25 condominium units with 2 bedrooms, 1 commercial space and 25 parking. The units feature exposed concrete ceiling and concrete columns, exposed brick and duct work, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, marble tiles in the bathrooms and in unit laundry.
