Project: 6754 S. Cornell Rd., Chicago, IL
Status: In progress
Description: Total rehab of a vacant building into 12 units rental property. The first floor units were converted into huge 3 bedrooms , 2 1/2 bathrooms duplexes by adding the basement space to the units.
The units feature exposed brick, in unit laundry, granite countertops, hardwood floors throughout, whirpools, fireplaces.
Quality of construction and layout is for future condo conversion after market stabilization.


Project: 6135 N. Broadway, Chicago, IL
Status: Completed
Description: This was a conversion of an existing 4 story warehouse into a 6 story condominium complex consisting of 21 units with 1 or 2 bedrooms, 21 garage parking and one commercial space. In order to accomplish this project it was necessary to add 2 more stories on the existing 4 story building and build a new 3 story building in the back of the lot and connect it with the existing building. Adding the 2 stories was a very complex job and involved a lot of structural calculations and reinforcements of the existing structure.The units feature concrete ceilings, exposed brick and duct work huge windows and most of the units have 2 balconies.

Project: 809 E 40th Street, Chicago Il Staus : Completed Description: Conversion of an existing warehouse into 21 luxury lofts and one commercial space.  The project involved masive masonry work for cuting and rebuilding the openings for windows and balconies, building the shaft and installation of a new elevatort. The units feature exposed concrete columns and exposed brick and duct work, in unit laundry, hardwood through out. granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
